Includes a mood board, space plan, and 3D mock up of the space, as well as one round of revisions so you are sure to love the final design.
This is when we will provide up to three 3D renderings of the space, samples of all proposed finishes, and a proposed list of products. Again, one round of revisions is included.
Our team will prepare detailed technical guidelines for builders and skilled trades to communicate design intent and ensure proper execution.
During the build phase of the project, our team will be available for site visits, to review any drawings from the trades, and to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Our experience means that you can relax and trust us to take the lead.
This is where it all comes together. Our team will source all products, obtain quotes, place orders, and track every product until delivery.
$1875 per room. Hourly estimate provided for build and purchase phase. *$100 per hour and applied toward project retainer. 10% discount for each additional room.
